12:00pm Fall Kick-off Community Pot Luck & Barbecue

Join us at Tribute Park in Brownsville onSaturday, September 21from 12 noon to 3 pm for the 3rdannual Community BBQ & Potluck which will include family fun & games. This community BBQ is hosted by Brownsville Community Church-sponsored organizations and committees (Trail Life USA, American Heritage Girls, Christian Education Team & Outreach Committee). The volunteer hosts will serve up hamburgers, hot dogs (with fixin’s) & soft drinks.
All attendees are asked to bring a favorite salad or dessert to share. In lieu of potluck dishes, cash donations will be gratefully accepted.
Our hosts have planned some fun, interesting and challenging activities. On their Annual Day of Service, the AHGirls will lead a STEAM and/or team building project. The Trail Life Boys will be demonstrating some of the skills they learned this past year and our Trail Life Troop will be doing the grilling for us! THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO CHECK OUT TRAIL LIFE USA FOR BOYS & AMERICAN HERITAGE GIRLS !
American Heritage Girls, Trail Life Troop leaders, the BCC Outreach Committee and the Christian Education Team will be available to talk about their programs for the coming year.
